Transition to Retirement & Retirement Planning

This Program has been designed to address the basic values and interests for employees approaching retirement as well as the psychological and personal issues surrounding the achievement of successful retirement. The Program is designed for individuals delivered on a one-on-one basis and the Program objectives will include being able to trace patterns of personal time allocation, evaluate the payoff of present patterns, to identify avenues for new growth or expanded satisfaction, and to plan for one’s retirement with or without partners.
